In October 2024, PufCreativ took over the loyalty marketing of RiZE’s Michigan dispensary locations. The goal was to bring back customers who hadn’t made a purchase in more than 60 days.

The Plan

Using our Revenue Recovery program’s smart segmentation and targeted offers, we projected $125,000 in recovered revenue over the first three months.

The Results

By month four, the program had generated $447,728. Nearly 2,000 dormant customers returned, all of whom had been inactive for at least 60 days. Together, they made more than 4,100 transactions with a 47% repurchase rate.
