In October 2024, RiZE came to PufCreativ with a challenge. They wanted to reconnect with past customers and turn dormant relationships into renewed loyalty and revenue. With multiple dispensary locations across Michigan and a loyal customer base already established, the potential for growth was clear.

WordPress Website Design & Development

We began by building a brand-new website, designed to be fast, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. We integrated our proprietary AIQ plugin to enhance search visibility, improve customer experience, and streamline access to product information across locations. Alongside the launch, we rolled out a tailored SEO strategy to increase local discoverability, strengthen domain authority, and drive more organic traffic to their site.

SEO

Within the first six months, RiZE experienced strong and consistent SEO growth. Organic traffic increased by 33%, and non-branded clicks rose by 32%, driven by continuous optimizations across technical infrastructure, content, and local landing pages. Daily organic clicks grew from roughly 1,500 to 2,000, and visibility among new audiences unfamiliar with the brand significantly improved.

Loyalty

At the same time, we took over loyalty management and launched our Revenue Recovery program. The goal was to bring back customers who had not shopped in over sixty days. Before the campaign even started, we created a six-month forecast based on customer data and behavior trends. We projected $125,000 in recovered revenue within the first three months.

By the end of month four, RiZE had brought in over $447,000 in recovered revenue. Nearly two thousand previously inactive customers returned, completing over four thousand transactions and generating a repurchase rate of 47%.

These metrics represent a community of customers re-engaging with a brand they trust. With a strong digital foundation, smart incentives, and a long-term SEO strategy in place, RiZE is positioned for continued growth across Michigan and beyond.
