PufCreativ had the privilege of partnering with The Fire Station Cannabis Co., one of Michigan’s most trusted cannabis retailers, beginning in 2019. What started as a simple web project quickly turned into a multi-year relationship built on collaboration and a shared vision for growth.
Back then, their website didn’t match the quality of their retail experience. It was hard to navigate, lacked strong visibility on search engines, and didn’t reflect the professionalism they had worked so hard to build. We redesigned everything from the ground up.

The new site was clean and mobile-friendly. It was also focused on helping customers find what they needed quickly. We also integrated a native Dutchie iframe so shoppers could browse live menus and make purchases directly from the site without friction.
Driving Traffic and Growth With a Comprehensive SEO Strategy
Alongside the rebuild, we launched an SEO strategy that would help The Fire Station compete in a crowded market. By 2023, the site ranked for more than 8,800 unique keywords.
In 2025, it generated over 570,000 search impressions and 55,000 direct clicks. Most of their traffic came from search and repeat visitors, showing that new users were finding the site and returning customers were staying engaged.

Our work didn’t end at the website. We refreshed their visual identity across social and digital channels with updated color palettes, refined brand elements, and cohesive messaging. To bring it all to life, our photo team traveled across Michigan for lifestyle shoots—capturing content that felt authentic to the Upper Peninsula and true to the brand’s community roots.
